Show: Friday, June 20 - Tucson, AZ: Club Congress (9PM).
Nothing like playing a venue that's this excited about Journey Revisited: Journey Revisited – Classic Rock Friday! With Kiss-A-Fied Sugar Stains
"We are excited to welcome the America’s number one Journey cover band to the Hotel Congress. Did you know that this is really a big deal? Why would Congress host this show? Yes, it’s hot and our summer brains are boiling and our decision making is a little off, BUT when we saw Journey Revisited – the virtual clone-like replication of Journey – Journey in their awesome 70's prime, FYI – was going to be in the neighborhood, we couldn’t help but snag them up for a special evening of sweeet classic rock. Let your freak flag fly, you know you want to.
Journey Revisited works hard to re-create the feel your are at an actual Journey concert. Covering top hits from 1978-1996 while Steve Perry was the frontman for Journey.
Expect only the cream of the crop, a night of Journey’s mega-hits from 1978-1996, with a set list that includes “Don’t Stop Believin”, “Wheel in the sky”, “Faithfully”, “Anyway you want it”, “Separate Ways”, “Lights”, “Lovin, Touchin, Squeezin”, “Open Arms”, “Send her my love”, “Be good to yourself”, “Who’s crying now”, “Open Arms” and Still they ride."
Stunning performance. The stage was looking good. Setting up a LED video walls could be awesome modification. Sync with the music system could be stunning. It would provide the concert environment.
